To successfully set up your Email service, the following requirements must be met. Without these, your Email service will not function properly:
- Your domain name must be registered and active. This can be through us or another registrar.
- If your domain name is with another registrar, you must EITHER:
- Point your name servers for the domain name you want Email service for to us so that we may manage the proper DNS settings required to make the service work.
- Modify the DNS records your self or have your existing registrar perform these modifications to support this Email service.
To setup a an Email address on your domain to catch all emails sent to anything @yourdomain, please put "catchall" in the Email User field.
If you want your Email Service to redirect, email us with the Email address you are purchasing, and the Email address you wish it to redirect to.
